Marissa was very nice. However, when I made arrangements to have the parts I purchased from Longo installed, I was not told that it would cost me 4 hours worth of labor. Even when I called to reschedule my appointment, I was told that it said $0.00 as a charge for the service. When I got there, it ended up being over $600!! Unfortunately, I was not able to accept the charge. After spending over $700 in parts, I feel like that’s an incredible high amount to charge someone for labor, especially an installation of genuine Toyota parts at a Toyota dealership.
