We established a text message dialogue on her work phone for the purpose of updating me regarding my vehicle’s status, and she actually communicated through this means on her day off, which surely constitutes going the extra mile! Martin was fantastic, however when I called in to check on some pricing for additional detailing the lady who I spoke with told me that my service advisor was gone for the day and the individual Who is going to assist me was unavailable as he was busy at the moment and basically nobody else can quote me prices. Luckily I hung up on her as she really upset me, was not concerned to try her best to help. I called back and spoke to Paul Leblanc the service manager who was able to turn me around and make it a positive experience. When I brought the vehicle home there were some spots that they missed and I did call and speak to Martin and we’ve got an appointment next Thursday to resolve that.
