Had to wait nearly 30 min after I paid when my car was done. 2 guest after me received their card before me. Had to ask cust.serv. multiple times to get my car. Upon arrival service rep refused to do brake inspection when i was there for a brake job. Said it was $50 for inspection but it went towards the brake job. Which is why I was there. Was then told if I purchase a set of tires they would inspect the rear. We have purchased 6 vehicles from Longo and have never had this poor of service.
