First off, the time taken was a little bit longer as I’ve taken another car before and been completed within 30-45minutes. I had discussed with the associate about getting a car wash, the was the first problem I noticed when I received the truck, due to me needing to take care of something because it took longer than usual, I didn’t say anything. Later in the day I spent some time doing my own inspection of the work that I was told would be done such as a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I checked the oil and the oil is old and dark when it should be translucent, to remove the oil filter for the Tacoma, the skid plate needs to be removed, after inspecting underneath the truck everything is in the same place, all the dust is connected and the bolts still have dirt on them. The tires were not even touch, how do I know, I did some off roading and didn’t have time to clean the truck when I brought it the rims and tires were very dusty and yet there’s not a single fingerprint on them. This is very ridiculous and a waste of my time that I took my truck and all that was done was an inspection. I will need to speak to a manager regarding this serious issue.
