40 minutes waiting for my car at check out, after i paid. Didnt get my car until i approached a staff memeber. He mentioned the car was bever called and my paper hadnt been scanned to let the valet know to deliver my car. To top it off, i thought my car was taking long because it was in the wash, my car was delivered unwashed.
