The service appointment was scheduled to do oil and filter change, and I mentioned before estimate was issued. But, oil was not changed and stated on the final paperwork when I went to cashier instead only top-off oil was done. Now, I have two more schedules on my service contract and both with synthetic oil and filter change. I don’t know how it will work out?

I requested car to be vaccummed.It wasn't. In fact, all of the contents of the hatchback were thrown onto back seat and floor. I know you had to get to hybrid battery. But since car was in sshop for 5 days, you could have had time to put things neatly back where they were and to have vaccumed the interior.

I made a 10am service appointment for an oil change. I WAITED 3 hrs for service technician to complete the service. Why make an appointment to wait 3 hrs? Service Advisor claimed Covid-19 effected your services. This is totally unacceptable I live in Walnut and courtesy vehicle said it was too far.
