I've always been happy with your service but not this time! Longo has been my choice for many years! I tried contacting my advisor twice and he didn't call me back!! After paying for my service, waited 1 hr. &30 minutes for a valet to bring my car. After checking in twice with the girls that take your payment, they promised my car was next, never happened. I was the last customer to get my car. Never an explanation or apology. I realize times are difficult right now and maybe you’re short handed. I own a business and I know a thing or two about communication. 1st time this has happened in 20 years. I’ll be back.
