Mellisa was great but why would I make and be five an appointment to get an o change and wait over 2 1/2 hours?????
Why not give me an appointment later in the day so I can maybe only wait an hour??? I didn't ask for that time I ask for an appointment and they said I have 9:30 and I said great. It was 2:45 min from when I opened my door with Melissa to when I opened my door to drive away. NOT GOOD. For a drunken oil change and it's not like my car got washed which made it worse

$155 for a diagnostic fee? I already knew what the issue was. Especially during the covid crisis and a lot of people are out of work . I have been a loyal Toyota customer. I don’t take my Prius anywhere else but Toyota . $600 to replace my headlight harnesses?? Ridiculous!. My headlight harness should be covered by the enhanced warranty like the other Prius models. It shouldn’t matter that the warranty expired. My vehicle showed the exact same issues and symptoms as the Prius’s covered by the enhanced warranty. Toyota didn’t even try to help .

Jimmie was great listened to me and was very pleasant.
My problem I went in for on 4/25 /20 & 4/30/20 is still an issue as of this day!
I am so upset I have not even called to go back in because I don’t want to say anything hurtful or disrespectful to any one. Every morning I have had to stop and put air in my tire! Very very unhappy. If you look at my records the same thing happen last year having to go in 4 times! Being late for work and having to bother people for ride go pick up my car!
I would really like to get my tire replaced with a new one for having all this trouble.
