Johan has excellent listening skills or he just knows his job and does a great job. He was very receptive to what wanted to get done to my vehicle and saw it through. Especially because my 2018 Highlander has a Toyota factory recall(fuel pump), Was able to address my concerns with that.

Worse experience ever i live in cerritos and used to love going to longo toyota even do its kind of far.i used to love the service but there service go down completely i when four a oilchange on my only day off i work in a hospital so is really crazy. The person that help me was rude you can tell right away he didn't want to be there his attitude was not the greatest i ask him some questions about my car and he your have read you warranty book so you no what cover it to make the story short i work hard and my job is not easy but i try to give my 100% .so i dont thinki will be going there again is not worth the drive.
