I didn't receive any call or message that my car was ready to pick up. Therefore, I had to wait there about 2 hours. I always received the call and message both to let me know that my car is ready to pick up.

He provided excellent service, and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve serious issues with my certified used car purchase. Both he and the service manager made it possible for me to keep the car that I purchased, after the used car sales person, Fred Williams, sent me home in a vulgar smelling car, which offended my senses and made me physically ill. Although I was very stressed over the poorly delivered vehicle, and felt that it reflected extremely poorly on the Longo Toyota franchise, I was absolutely amazed at the high quality of service with Matthew McCarty provided. The service manager also followed up with Jose Uribe and all three reassured me that they could and would make it right. I am still a little concerned that the smell will return, but I know that I can count on the service department to resolve any issues raised in a timely manner. I am, however, still offended that the used car salesman showed that I, and my family, deserved to drive a car that smelled like locker room, body odor, acidic vomit, wet dog, mold and mildew. I should not forget that offensive smell, nor his level of disrespect, when I was eager to purchase a vehicle from Longo Toyota and do my part to keep the economy going in this serious time of quarantine and pandemic. Thankfully, the Matthew McCarty and the entire service team, including the cashier, made up for the failures of the used car department.
