I had a 7:45am appt. and wasn't aware that the shuttle service didn't run that early. I got an Uber home and another back to Longo. When I asked about reimbursement, I was told it was not in their system and no. Maybe next time I'll need to wait and waste time doing so. Emily was fine though.

Noli was great. My concerns were 2 things: my seat settings were changed, and my dashboard display settings were changed.
I didn't appreciate that I had to reset both of them.

Not about Noli specifically, but I would appreciate not being charged the full amount for the freon evac test for a leak since there were issues with the equipment, and I had to wait an extra day.
