It took almost all day to find out that your technician never perform the service that we requested for. Not everybody is unemployed and stay home to wait for your service department takin time to fix the car problem. The car only have 3500 miles. Hopefully, it will be done faster by the next appointment which will be tomorrow Wednesday May 13,2020

The service contact, Emily is very detail and shows me my ,Camry ,XSE records. She is just taking care my car history like my family doctor to my body check. She is wonderful. Pick up for your car was not as good as it use to be the car was brought up but the guy left the car and didn’t clean the steering wheel or give me the keys the girls inside came out to deliver the keys
