When I received my vehicle, I noticed that they did not clean it... which made me uncomfortable due to the pandemic but also, I always get my car washed afterwards so this was off putting. Also on my way home I kept hearing a rattling noise, so I pulled over to check it, and it turns out that you guys left the hook support rod loose. This especially was a very hazardous mistake and could’ve ended in a totaled vehicle or worse, an injury or even DEATH. I am beyond disappointed in your performance as you’ve put my life in danger twice while displaying a minimal and careless work ethic.
