I was happy with the staff however, my wait time was extremely under estimated. I had an appointment for 1:15, waited in line until I finally dropped my car off with the rep at 1:45pm, was told it would be ready around 3:30-4p. I did not get my car until 5:25pm. If I had known I was going to wait that long, I would have gone home and waited for the call there. I would have not been so upset if I was informed that my car was going to take longer than expected.
