I had a great experience at Longo. People who were there were so kind. Even though the girl who gave me the number(service entrance), Johan, he called me back about the status of my car, and the guy who gave me my car back( outside the cashier office). Noli was great. When I returned to pick up my car the following day after “The Best Car wash/detail” there was a foul smell in my car. It was the smell of dirty water. My guess would be the mats were not fully dried before being placed in the vehicle. I do not have any complaints about the customer service I received from Andrew, Noli’s partner or Matt, the manager. It was only a slight inconvenience to have to leave my car another day.
However, returning the following day only to find the problem was not solved proved to be frustrating. I will call on Monday when Noli returns to see how we can fix the issue. I trust the customer service will be fair.
