Emily was nice but i still had an issue with longo service. I am just frustrated at the fact that i made an 11am appointment and still had to wait 6 HOURS for my car to be done. What is the point of having an appointment? I understand it was a Saturday but 6 hours is absurd. I even paid for a rental car and came back and still had to sit there. Its just not right
