the mechanic(s) that unscrewed the console did not screw on the 2 screws. Why?
I know they were very busy on Friday, but I live in Claremont and it is not easy for me to go out to El Monte.
Please advice how this can get fixed.

My car has a recall incident. I scheduled a repair time on the 22nd. I arrived at 9 in the morning and told me that I can take it out at about 2 pm. I have been waiting, but at about 2 pm I notified me that I have not started working. I can't understand it, it delays me a lot of time, but I didn't repair my car

Just to replace a battery that was still under warranty, took two and half hours .to install , that was way to much time.
