On time services

I have to be honest, I have been coming to Longo for years. I am a Toyota associate at the North American Parts center in Ontario. In the past I have dealt with Paul La Blanc. While I used him as my service advisor, I was on cloud 9. He was thoughtful, kind, informative and always willing to go the extra mile for me when I needed it. Then he got a promotion. As time has gone on, I have been becoming less and less satisfied with my visits to Longo. The experiences I was having were no where near the experiences I had had as Paul as my service advisor. Now to the good part, I will continue to use Longo for all of my service needs. And that is all due to the thanks of Danny Guerrero. He is an awesome service advisor and you guys should be proud of the work that he does for you at Longo. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns about my vehicle and saw that every concern I had was addressed. He was also very good with keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the time it was being serviced and it was over a good portion of the day seeing as I had quite a few concerns with my vehicle. I will be requesting when I make service appointments for Danny to be my service advisor and only him. I honestly have to say that I haven’t left Longo feeling that good about my experience in a long time! He restored my faith in you guys there at Longo. And for that I am thankful.

Andrew’s assistance was good, and helpful. I’m just not satisfied with time duration of the service. I had an appointment @ 1pm, was 20 mins early, told it would take 2 hours, and it took 4 hours to complete.
