I waited an hour and a half past when I was told my car was going to be ready. I was told it was going to be ready at 3, at 3:15 I first walked over to the “concierge” desk to ask about my car. I was then told I had to walk over to the service cashier to ask what was happening with my car. After asking about the status of my car I was told to wait for an update. At 3:30 I got a call saying 45 more minutes. My car was finally brought to the front at 4:30. Also, in the middle of a viral pandemic, aside from the social distancing signs, I saw no attempt to increase wiping down or cleaning of common areas. The fact that the amenities like Starbucks and Subway are only open till three is also frustrating. While waiting for my car to be finished there was nowhere to get a drink or water or anything.
