My Mom and I arrived at 9:30am for a 9:45am service appt. Emily Mejia was helpful and let me know that around 12pm they would have assessed the car. Around 10:30am Emily called and said the front brakes need replacing and a power wash around the engine was needed. I was happy and agreed to the work. Emily said I will keep you updated on when it’s done. Emily never called or texted. I waited until almost 4pm. I went to Emily’s station. It was closed and she was gone. I asked another woman at her station if she could give me an update on my car. Long story short I was there till
After 5:30pm. Finally car was done . It did not get washed which was a disappointment. This waiting all
day was hard on me and my Mom. Car runs great!
