Service and labor is way too expensive for the little amount of work that I got done. I didn’t even end up doing everything I wanted to get done on my car because they prices for labor are ridiculous. I won’t be coming back. However Jeffrey had great customer service. He is very nice and patient!

I appreciated Jeffrey’s polite, professional manner. He regularly updated me. He explained the technician’s recommendations.

found coupon on line for oil change which expires 8/31. Called for appointment, none available for 8/31. Made for 9/1, rep included In appointment they would honor coupon. Arrived for 9/1 appointment: A) quoted me full price. B) told him appointment rep included discount in reservation. C) I asked if there was by any chance a better deal. He found same coupon and applied it. D) he should have offered the better deal without being prompted (unless trying to charge full price as SOP) E) i made appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. Told it’s a 3 hour wait to complete. F) spoke to manager to suggest maybe changing appointment process (versus getting surprise about a 3 hour wait). For me a better process would have been: 1) make appointment for 11:00. With expectation to bring car in at 1:30 so I don’t have to wait 2.5 hours. 2) longo calls me at 11:00, 12:00, and 1:00, 1:30 to confirm I’m still bringing car in. G) manager said he would try to get me out earlier. Got out at 1:10, two hour after my appointment. Better than 3 hours, but too excessive for an oil change. For an oil change You used to have a 30 minute turnaround time, then within the last year a one hour turnaround. Any way to improve? Would like a response. Thank you.

Only problem was I wanted air conditioner filter changed not engine filter. I was not clear when I asked for filter change. Did not know there was two filters

Jeffrey was helpful with my issue. I had a 60,000 mile service. My brakes were reviewed at this time. The mechanic indicated my brakes were ok. Then, I started to hear brakes squeak. I took car in and mechanic indicated brakes were installed incorrectly by independent mechanic. Jeffrey indicated that I would pay $45 for brake inspection. Then he called and indicated I had to pay $155. I understand labor to correct brake pads. I don't feel I had to pay for brake inspection when I had already paid brake inspection when 60,000 mile service was completed....

I am very please with the service, Joseph very kind and friendly, get my car on time that Joseph told me.... very valuable employee.... thank you again????

Emily was very helpful. The valet service couldn't find the car and I had to ask 4 times before they went to look for it. There should be a better system.
