Marissa Zelaya hace un excelente trabajo, es una persona muy amable, dedicada y atenta.
Con respecto a mi insatisfacción, es con respecto al vehículo; ya que cuando lo lavaron ambos espejos se dañaron (quedando ambos lados flojos, el izquierdo más) primer servicio que le hacemos al vehículo y tuvimos esta mala experiencia.
Desde que compramos el vehículo siempre lo lavamos en casa.
Marissa lo llevó al taller para que lo revisaran, me dijo que ordenaría las partes para solucionar el problema.
Solo estoy esperando que se contacte con migo para llevar el vehículo.
.....en otra ocasión pediré que no laven......

I was told that after the service they will do a car wash on my car (which he said is standard protocol to all cars/truck after service) but the car was returned to me with same dirt outside that means it wasn’t wash. pls don’t tell me something that is not real .
