Of the three complimentary oil changes the first one I was in and out under an hour the second one was a little over an hour now why would the third one be with an appointment mind you over 3 hours for just a routine oil change Mandy Davis did her job and her due diligence but as far as a service shop itself 3 hours is ridiculous.
