I am a Faithful Longo customer. Ryan Matthes always provides excellent customer service. If he is not available when I call he returns the call right away. Ryan cares about the people he serves. He always asked me how’s school going and he knows when I come to the dealership I am there to get my car serviced and do my homework at the same time.
The main reason I bring my car to Longo is Patrick Campbell. Patrick serviced my Corolla when he worked at Culver City Toyota and I never had any problems with my car. After years of driving a Chevy I bought another Toyota and I knew I would have it serviced at Longo since he worked there.
I trust both Patrick Campbell and Ryan Matthes when it comes to keeping my car running smoothly.

totally annoyed because of the delay of my car I had the appointment for my 30,000 miles service that was only oil and change of 2 filters I was there from 1:30 pm and they delivered it to me at 6:30 I went and spoke with the manager service and he told me it was a very big service that is why it took a long time. I am totally upset with the bad service.
