More than pleased. I’m a cancer patient at City of Hope I was initially told it would take about 3 hours. When I made the appointment I was told 1 hour. I would not have been able to wait three hours. Mac understood my problem and Josef completed the service in an hour. As a family we have bought 12-13 cars from Longo. The person who wrote me up was fine very nice, however the person I asked for help, (never been there before) was so rude I pulled up to the service stands and pulled down my window and ask the man at his desk what do I do but he just Ignored I actually had to yell just for him to look at me and said just wait someone will be here. 30min later the man is still at his desk doing nothing so I pull down my window and ask how much longer ? He doesn’t respond I say hey , still nothing, I yell “hey buddy” he looks at me with a look of annoyance and said you have to wait, I don’t mind waiting here but the guys was so fricken rude it made me so disgusted and I left with an overall bad taste in my mouth doubt I’ll be coming back
