There were communication issue regarding service provided. Also car wash service was not provided and have to ask multiple time to find out that it was not working. Erick was very helpful but he should have been told that there were issue so he could provide better communication to the customers.

The individual who worked on my vehicle is very sloppy. He left multiple tire marks on my side fender resulting a delay in picking up my vehicle.
