Actually I checked in and was assisted by Justin Lin as I arrived before Eric started his day. Justin was awesome, checked what has been done to the car and made good suggestions. Eric was awesome in keeping me informed of status of my car and the repairs and called me when it was done. Overall awesome service by both!!! Mandi has given impeccable service and it’s noticed she loves her position with Toyota. She finished my sentences and has a good ear! Initially thurs eve about 5ish I walked towards her asking who I can talk to to make an appt for service. I noticed she had her handbag and was about to leave her shift. A super long hot day and she decided in a minute to assist me without hesitation. Mandi could see I was walking with a cane and was very tired. She offered a shuttle and offered coupons hearing my personal situation. If Toyota has such a position of training new employees- Mandi would be the Perfect candidate to train while she moved up the ladder!! I definitely would recommend anyone going to Toyota to see the 5 star quality Mandi gives!
