Call center advised me that my appointment would take 1.5-2 hrs for my service. When I got to longo I waited 20 mins in my car before anyone could help me. Then they told me it would be a 3 hr minimum wait. So, I left and didn’t get my car serviced. It was an inconvenience and a waste of my time. Every time I step into longo Toyota service department it has been a horrible experience. At this point, I don’t ever want to return to Longo service department. I guess I just have high expectations.

The oil change is over priced. On top of that the waiting time was way too long for a simple oil change. Our service appt was 3pm. They did not finish until 6pm. We did not get updated in between. We had to call to get an update on our vehicle. Usually our expertise is pleasant. But the wait was what made the experiment worse.

I had a horrible experience. I came in for tints at 730am and was quoted to leave by 1pm latest. At 3pm I went to the cashier to see what had happened as by that point I hadn't been called and was officially late to my next appointment. Only to find out the agent had the car ready two hours prior and hadnt gotten the paperwork in order. Therefore wasting my time. So I came in for tints and was waiting for 8 HOURS! Such a waste of my time and I missed my following appointment. What an embarrassment of a dealership.

Emily was very helpful, she explained me everything. Her service was excellent. But the service charges or labor charges are too high at Longo. To fix my seat belt buckle which was $26, the labor charges that was told to me to fix it was $230. Which is unbelievable, so I skipped it. Also, I had to wait for almost 6 hours to get my car ready, I hope next time I will not have to wait for so long.. Anyways, thank you very much for all of your help.
