No problems with Noli; he was just doing his job. My problem is with Longo. I brought my Prius in to correct a defect that was covered by warranty, and you wouldn’t do it because you couldn’t duplicate the symptoms. But the symptoms only happen after driving downhill. We waited 5 hours for nothing! Last time for Longo, and don’t try to fix it with words.

The valet that picked up my vehicle took over an hr to come to my home, he parked his loaner in front of my garage which prevented my husband to move his vehicle out. I had to call the valet to come back to move his loaner at another location. This delayed my vehicle service given that is has now passed 2 hrs since my appointment time. My vehicle was gone for 7 hrs with no update from Jeff to inform me the reason my vehicle was gone for a long duration. My service only involved oil and filter change and addressing the recall issue. This is disappointing.
