I’ve always had extremely pleasant experiences with any staff. Bruce Herrera did not have the same attitude. Instead, it seemed like Bruce was short with me and just wanted to be done with helping me. As someone who isn’t experience with cars, I needed Bruce to explain what the diagnostics were but with his attitude, it didn’t seem like he wanted to help. It was uncomfortable to talk to someone who’s supposed to be helping you but instead just wanted to get it over with.

Detached sensor during the previous, previous, previous..... work at Longo was finally fixed. I had been having difficult time to have it fix - either forgotten, lack of technician, or special glue..., but this time it was fixed!!!! It seems really simple but no one could accomplished it for a while.
Here was room to improve.
Receipt said, to be notified when parts are shipped. Was recall service completed?? Work completion text came in at 17:18 while initial estimate was around 16:00 and pick up desk closes at 17:20. Wasn’t able to make it, but it was good that the front called me and waited for my arrival. I was planning to call back to confirm about the paperwork I wasn’t quite sure if recall was completed (since it doesn’t tell except parts not available)
