Teddy Chiu is the #1 reason we drive 60 miles from Santa Clarita to El Monte to service our cars. He always keeps us up to date on our cars service status (more than just the automated texts) and calls to let us know if something unexpected comes up during the service (with 1 car at just under 300,000 and the other at 418,000 unexpected does occur!) explains in detail what the mechanic sees, let’s us know recommended solutions and treats us like family. He also always has a positive and upbeat attitude so it always helps make my day!

You did not fix my malfunctioning air conditioner. Instead I was given an “explanation” of why it does not work the way it did for the first 6-months. I made sure that my side was documented and I am sure AC problem will happen again, and it will be 2nd incident relative to Lemon Law. Alex did a great job!.... I am just not happy that my AC was not fixed.
