Biagio was very courteous and helpful. My issue was with the ToyotaCare line being shut down. Previous service visits were done in about an hour. This time it took 2 hours plus a longer check in and we missed an appointment and meeting due to the extended times.

Kayla was polite & informative. For some reason my appointment didn’t show up in the system & I had to provide my text confirmation. Also I dropped my car off for a 9:30 appt and it wasn’t done until after 5:30. In setting up my appointment online I did specify I need a maintenance service & my vehicle checked to make sure it was in good shape to travel to Texas. I was provided with transportation to & from my homes while I waited, but I was stranded without a car. Overall the service was good.
