Danny Guerrero provides great customer service. He display great enthusiasm and care every time we visit. He communicates any problems or issues, and always goes the extra mile to make sure our experience at Longo is beyond great. Will definitely be asking for him every visit.

The only gripe I have is that this is the first time I made an appointment. However. It took almost 3 hours to do a simple oil change. When I did not make appointments it took the same time ir less. So what is the point of making an appointment? It should not take 3 hours for an oil change. More and more I am thinking of going to jiffy lube.

Kayla provided great service however it was very disappointing and frustrating that a pretty simple service appointment was estimated to take 4.5 hrs, and I was then told after 4 hrs that it would take another 1.5 hrs. I was waiting at the dealership from 10:30a to 4:30p. If I had known that oil change and tire rotation would take so long, I would not have come to Longo. On top of that, I learned that all of my reward points expired because I did not visit Longo during a global pandemic when I wasn’t even driving my car and there is no way to reinstate my points. However I recognize this was beyond the control of the service representative.

I have tire mantainant for 1 year . I got a nail and longo said i need to change new tire because is irreparable... I am a mecanic for 30 year i know when a tire is irreparable.. I took the car back and i go whit my friend tire shop , he fix in a minutes.. Now the tires is good and i am happy , so longo own me $10.00 buck ... Thanks for asking

My rav didn’t get a car wash when I picked it up. For the past few services at Longo, my car never did wash after the service. I have asked them and the answer is, washing machine was broken and it didn’t get fix yet. What a disappointment. L
