I made an appointment for my car service as I have done in the past never waiting more than one hour today I had to wait 4 plus hours. I should’ve been informed when making my appointment that because of the Covid pandemic I would have to wait this long I was extremely upset. Not fair to a customer.

I specifically told the service tech that my car wasn’t due for oil change based on the mileage I was at approx 7900 and wasn’t due until 9100 and he lied to me and told me no you’re over. When I retrieved my vehicle it was at 7900.
I don’t appreciate being lied to when we were feet away from my car. He seemed rushed. Then I asked for an Uber back to dealership and he didn’t mention it ends at 3 my car was ready at 4. I would’ve gladly waited at the dealership for an hour.

I had an appointment for my car for routine service and some minor repairs (replacing one headlight’s bulbs and one wheel hubcap). My appointment was at 12:15 pm and I was told the car would be done by 3 p.m. I didn’t hear any updates on ETA so I reached out at 3:30 p.m. to ask when the car would be done. I heard that the crew was finally looking at my car at 3:30! Why didn’t I get notified about the delay? Why were they getting to my car at the time when it was supposed to be done? I’d like to say this is the first time I’ve experienced delays like this at Longo but it’s not. I’ve taken my car here for regular service every few months for the last 5 years. I don’t understand why Longo repeatedly fails to do service on time. Often I wait for hours at the dealership because service is “running behind.” What’s the point of making an appointment? As a longtime customer, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I bought my car from Longo and have had it serviced here ever since, but I’m reconsidering doing business here. My car was finally done around 5:30 p.m., a full TWO HOURS behind schedule. I spent nearly 6 hours waiting for my car to be done for routine maintenance. It’s unacceptable.
