My experience from the Toyota Service Department and specifically Bruce Herrera was absolutely great. Bruce is a consummate professional and very knowledgeable in his field. Whenever I bring my vehicle in for service and I am assisted by Bruce Herrera, he consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service experience.
