Service was good by representative but payment plan was not communicated clearly. Also the initial person checking my tires gave me false information concerning the condition of my tires which by the way I bought from Longo last year. We had also brought in the truck just recently and we were told tires were still under warranty until April. We had then at that service had a tire replaced and we just paid installation fee. Not too long after I brought vehicle home the tire light went on again so had to bring in again but this time we had to pay half the tire instead of just installation fee. At this point I don’t think it is worth for us to buy tires from there anymore. So not happy about that either.

every one was so helpful and polite. just an observation i had. 2 ladies in the cashier office..were like playing around. jumping trying to hit the ornaments on the ceiling. also when i walked in yo ask a question..they were laughing and joking. one cashier did acknowledge me and helped me. jist an observation gor them to be a little more professional.
