It took 2 1/2 hours to change my oil. The Oil Man takes 15 minutes.

I don't why it took some much longer than anticipated, but Roy had told me it should be ready around 11:30a, but we did not leave until after 12:10p. That means we were at Longo for over 4 and a half hours. It would be nice if it did not take that much time.

Bruce was courteous and helpful but the only thing was I wasn’t expecting to pay $150 for inspection of my vehicle because I called before taking my car and I was told that since I had recently taken my car to be serviced it was under some kind of 30 day warranty and there wouldn’t be a charge to have it looked at. Probably not Bruce’s fault about the mis information but he could’ve been a little more understanding about what I was told over the phone. He added my own reward points that thankfully I had available. I also appreciate that if any of the other sensors go bad Bruce said he would not charge me the $150 very thankful for that. All in all Bruce did a great job handling the situation... kinda wish I could go back and select yes I was satisfied.. sorry
