The wait was way too long when I arrived the dealership, especially with an appointment. I sat in the car for at least 15 mins before I was attended to. I was asked to wait at one of the booths while Alex checks in my car. He then started chatting with another employee for at least 3 mins while I was watching him at his booth. I needed a shuttle so went to the concierge desk. The lady there was not friendly at all. After I got the shuttle scheduled, went to the Starbucks to get my breakfast while waiting for the shuttle. Starbucks oven was broken so didn't have any sandwich that I wanted to order. Got a simple tall Latte and it took 5 mins while there was no others waiting and 3 Starbucks employees on duty? After I got dropped off by the shuttle, Alex called with a number of recommended repair, one of which were replacing the rear wiper. I just replaced my rear wiper a week prior to this date. Why was the dealership recommending the replacement? Did the technician even physically check the wiper? If so, he/she should noticed that it was brand new? My car was ready for pickup earlier than what Alex quoted me in the morning, which is probably the only good thing that day so far. I had to call back to change the shuttle pickup request. I think the same unfriendly lady from the concierge desk picked up my call. Again, another unfriendly service over the phone by the lady. I was deeply disappointed this time with Longo. It used to be a great place to service my car. Not sure what changed, the management? COVID? Either way, not a place I look forward to go back to, nor recommend my friends and relatives to. Oh, and by the way, I told Alex that my tire pressure light was constantly on when I dropped off my car. He said you guys would check it. When I picked up my car, I guess it was reset so the light was off. But, the next day, the tire pressure light was back on, this time blinking before it became steady. Shouldn't this be looked at thoroughly the first time when I mentioned this to Alex?

My 1 and only complaint is I made a 8a.m. Routine scheduled appointment. Eric is is a nice person, informs me my car will be ready at 12 noon. Why? 4 hours for a routine schedule appointment. He said there’s 37 cars ahead of you. That tells me I need to make my next appointment for 7a.m. So I’ll get out at 11 a.m ? My suggestion not great customer service if customers need to wait 4 hours for routine scheduled appointments. My opinion not Eric’s fault. One question ? How to come up with a solution ?

I showed up to pick up my car and the lady at the pick-up who attended to me plainly stated that the car was not ready and to wait for my name to appear on the screen. When I explained that I had received a call more than 15 minutes ago, she told me she did not have the paperwork and to wait until my name appeared on the screen. She did not make any effort to check on the status. Thirty minutes later I was still waiting for my name to appear on the screen in addition to the time when I received the call indicating my car was ready. I had arrived at Longo before noon to drop off my car for a noon appointment. I am not sure where the breakdown happened but it negatively impacted my time.
