I drove my truck to Longo Toyota left my car at the service department at 9am got my truck back at 2:30 the service person went over my service document and let me know what the recommended thing one was you battery storage was low on red so said ok so I went to pay for my service and waited for my truck it finally came and the young man handed my keys and said by the way your truck wouldn’t start so I had to do a jump it and he left so I left but I could not believe that Longo Toyota would give a customer his vehicle with a dead battery and not even offer to give a charge that is dangerous and irresponsible not to tell the customers you have a dead battery now I didn’t have problem starting the truck the service person didn’t have problem driving it to the service bay and then drive it out of the service bay but the young man that got my truck to bring to me had to jump it to bring to me I know his not certified to work on vehicles so why didn’t anybody advice me of the situation other than you battery storage is in red what does that mean I can’t drive it, you need a new battery? But none one told we my truck won’t start till I was ready to leave thank god the young man told me or I would have been danger???????????

I was told my vehicle was done when it clearly was not. After I paid and was walking to get my vehicle, I noticed immediately that a part I ordered was not on it even after I paid for the part and labor. I was told to go back to the service area and ask another representative who told me that the part was not in and that I had to return once it arrived. This is ridiculous and completely fraudulent. After I return to get the part I already paid for placed on my vehicle even though I was already charged for the labor to do it, I will never be returning to Longo. If anything, I don't believe I should be required to pay for the labor required to put the part on my vehicle. I will also be reporting Longo to the BBB and Dept of Consumer Affairs for attempting to defraud the public. Additionally, I was told the part is no big deal to put in, which suggests labor charges are way over what is reasonable. I'll be looking into the rest of the labor charges as well for potential complaints.
