T’was a very busy day, didn’t make an appointment. There was a long line. Noli went above and beyond. He made an eye contact when he saw me waiting in the car nodded made us feel welcome as a customer. Also, apologized for the wait. Told us there are tables& chairs inside and outside for us to wait, and that he will call or text us in regards with the progress of and when our cars(2) will be ready.
Kept his promised. Awesome service!

Made an appointment at 10 am, and I got my car back almost 4 pm. Waited for 6 hours in the lounge. It was 2nd recall for my 4 Runer, and second time again, I had to wait for long hours even after I made an appointment. I doubt very much that the repair required 6 hours to complete. We have purchased several of Lexus and Toyota from Longo over the years, so I have been taking my cars to Longo.
