Andrew Villanueva took the time to hear what my needs were and the reason for my visit to Longo Toyota. As such I have been here before and was taken care once again and Andrew made sure that for what I needed done on my 1997 Toyota 4-Runner that the problem I needed to be resolved was definitely addressed. I was there for a Headlight adjustment because my headlights even thought I had purchased new bulbs, the angle of the headlights hardware was facing down instead of straight ahead. With Andrew and his mechanic we were able to get the proper adjustment of the headlights and making it safe for me to see much better at night with the proper adjustment of the headlights. Even so when I was making my exit after the work was done I inquired with Andrew about another problem or concern with my radio speakers and he was very helpful in giving me great advice and feedback for a future visit with Longo Toyota regarding. Truly this was a great visit, a wonderful experience, the cost for the work that was done was more than reasonable, and I totally look forward to coming back again for any other future problems or situations with my Toyota vehicle.

Received card that said vehicle would be sanitized. It was not. I know you guys are really busy, but I wasn’t kept up to date on my car. I had to call, when a call or text should have been sent to me. Maybe think of drinking less coffee. You speak way too fast. Slow down. You’ll get everything done. Breathe....
