I recvd an email saying to bring my car in Monday at 7am due to a recall. The person I spoke to a week ago said the part had to be ordered first. An hour after I arrived on Monday, I was told the last was not ordered and I have to reschedule. He was very apologetic, I know it wasn’t his error, but it took an hour to realize the part was not there. He told me he would order the part and contact me when it gets in. Hopefully I can get it done next week.

No need to call. Mindy was excellent! I just wish the car was washed after the service so that I could see the tinted windows a bit better. I understand that the car wash machine was down for maintenance as Mindy explained to me. Otherwise, service was fine.
