My rav4 had a defect in the rear right fender, some part was not attached there during its assembly.
Service Adviser thinks, i may been in a crash( no way that happened)
And doubting, why i did not send it there sooner.
Just did not had the time to do it, actually i did on a Sunday
A month earlier, but did not realize your shop is closed on sundays,
Was not like that before
Mere fact that service advisor doubts the customer is pretty bad
Same also, when i got in, the attendants were blocking me
Because i did not have an appt
Does not feel like the Longo service of old times

The first service person Matthew McCarty’s intentions were good but we had to take the car back twice to get it taken care of. Biagio Galioto took care of are issue and both my wife and I are great full for the great customer service that he provided. I purchased a truck back in 2003 from Longo & was impressed with the service that was given than and with this new RAV 4 we knew that Longo was the right choice again. Please let your entire Longo Team know that they truly know how to give great customer service.
