Albert Lopez was excellent; however, after I paid $4,000 for my car and was driving home, the engine light came on so Albert said bring it back. That was not a problem. They connected the sensors that they forgot to. The problem was when I went back Saturday to drop off my car again, I was directed to pull up. I did. Albert was out to lunch so I approached Ryan Mathes at station 11 Because No one asked me if I needed help. I asked, Do you know where Alex is? I was told to ask for him if Albert was out to lunch.” Ryan just said “I don’t know” and blew me off. He wasn’t even doing anything just standing there. He wasn’t helping anyone. So I asked, can u call a manager. Mathew menendez approaches with an attitude. I explained that I paid $4,000, picked up my car, and had to bring it back because the engine light came on. I was told to ask for Alex. Ryan just said he doesn’t know where he is. The manager didn’t offer to help me. He didn’t say anything. Luckily Alex came and said nicely, “I’ll be right with you”and apologized and said he was with a customer. Mathew just walked away. DOREEN Y
