I had a very pleasant experience with Biagio and with all other Longo staff during my visit. However, I was very unhappy with my wait time. I was initially told my service would take two hours so decided to wait at Longo. 30 minutes after my quoted time, I was told it would take a little while longer. By the time I was able to pick up my car it was almost 4 hours after I arrived, 2 hours after the quoted time. I understand they were very busy, but had I known it was going to take that long I would have arranged a ride home rather than waste so much of my day waiting around.
