I arrived at 9:30am and was informed the service should be completed around 11am. I was done around 12:15pm and did not receive any updates as to the delay. I also received a call at the end stating that my car was ready for pick up but the technician found my cabin air filter and rear wiper needed to be replaced, which he would make a note of for the next service. My paperwork stated that the cabin air filter and rear wiper should be replaced immediately but that I declined service. I was not even asked if I’d like service on it completed that day. It would be helpful if delays and any service needs are communicated to the customer and documented correctly.

Friendly employee, but complete attempt to price gouge on behalf of the company. $150 to inspect EACH problem individually? Get outta here. Was quoted over $400 before any work was even done here, while I went to a different dealership who inspected and fixed the problem for nearly the same price as what I was about to pay for just an inspection here.
