My back tire anchor was lose and there was noise when driving. when i took a look at it, I saw a loose metal that was scrubbing the tire which had come off. so i simply pull away from the tire.
i have been working out of city since i came in with my car, when i return may bring it in.

Mr. Bruce Herrera , was very polite and listen to my concerns regarding the smell of gas and leak from my vehicle and even reviewed video I recorded of the leak . He sent a tow truck to my residence to tow my vehicle to Longo. He followed up with me as agreed. After my vehicle was inspected Mr. Herrera informed there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, which I did not agree with. Since I have picked up my vehicle and still smell a strong smell of gas inside my car. I don’t believe the issue was fixed.

I was initially greeted by Teddy Chiu the day of my appointment. I told Teddy I made an appointment with Mandi. While taking my vehicle information and performing a 360 degree panoramic view of my vehicle with his iPad, he directed me to Mandi’s desk. Mandi asked me for my phone number to look up my appointment on CDK and to review the services performed scheduled by appointment coordinator Jennifer Zavala. Mandi then reviewed the services with me one more time to ensure everything I wanted performed is documented and to document any last minute requests. Before finishing the paperwork, she asked if I had any questions. She answered all my questions with pleasure. This is the third time I worked with Mandi. Every visit with her is a pleasant experience. She is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She worked efficiently as my vehicle was finished a few minutes earlier than quoted. As a former team member, I commend Mandi for her exceptional customer service. Thank you for creating the ideal guest experience Longo strives to provide for all guests. Danny Guerrero and Raymond Espinosa are amazing. This is why I come to Longo Toyota. These two young men are so courteous, respectful and professional.
