I received conflicting information between the cashier and the service representative which makes it hard to trust what either is saying. I don’t feel I was given completely accurate information and as a result, I will be rethinking whether I use Longo for service any longer.

Mandi was amazing!!! No issues or complaint. The service was okay...I had asked for a detail and there were a few spots on the side of my seat and the rug was still a bit dirty, considering that it was a detail I expected my car to looked a bit more detailing and focus on those areas. Once again Mandi was amazing and asked me if I would like to bring my car for further assistance and although I declined, I wouldn’t take my car back to this location, not because of Mandi, she was great but because not only did I spend a lot of money for detail and it seemed that I took my car to a regular car wash! Thank you.
