Hello, I had the most frustrating experience on my last visit to Longo. I took my 2014 Prius for a software update. I had an appointment for 2pm, upon my arrival I was told that my car was going to be ready until 7pm! Seriously, 5 hours for a software upgrade. I was never told by any employee just how long my service was going to take. I spoke to a manager that same day and nothing was done to get my car returned earlier. In fact, the manager never mentioned that the place was going to close at 7pm. I get a call back saying my car was ready for pick up at 7:02pm and the person on the phone says, “we are closed and we could only wait for you 15minutes”. I had to leave my car overnight and that’s completely unacceptable and poor communication from all of Longo. Unfortunately my experience was so bad that I have decided to take my car to a different Toyota dealer. I hope you get my message and I get a phone call back from a someone that truly cares about customer service and is willing to change the ways are handled at Longo Toyota. Have a great day!

The whole paint repair process was not pleasant at all. Everyone kept providing different information and when asked why I was receiving such inaccurate information, everyone just said they didn’t know. The paint repair done on my “new” car is not as professional as I thought it would be- doesn’t not look new like factory- looks wavy and has a small dent which was not there. Still has lines that are visible under sun light or night lights. I took it in for repairs only to have other different problems. Very discouraging- all I get is “ we will fix it.” It’s discouraging and this May very well be my last Toyota purchase- the experience has not been a nice one at all.
