I took too long even though I had an appointment. I don't think it should have taken that many hours for a brand new car and I explained to the technician that I have a 3 yr old and 6 yr old granddaughters who's mother has just left for her deployment to Kuwait. I felt a great deal of stress having to leave them for that long.
Everything else was fine.
